Refund and cancellation policy
Please also refer to our terms and conditions. This document outlines our refund policy in the event of cancellation or delay.

Loch Lomond Seaplanes will refund on unbooked flights within 7 days of purchase.

Sometimes we have to cancel a flight for reasons beyond our control, such as the weather or a mechanical breakdown. We will do our best to notify you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative date or time. We regret that, in these circumstances, Loch Lomond Seaplanes is unable to reimburse travel, accommodation or any other expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled flight.

In certain circumstances you may be entitled to compensation under European Legislation - details of which are available from us on request.

We reserve the right to amend the details of the Flight and provided the amended trip is of the same length and reasonably comparable routing, you may take the Flight as amended, rebook or request a refund. This paragraph does not apply when flights are postponed due to weather.

You should contact us immediately if you need to change or cancel your booking. If you cancel or wish to change your Flight within 3 days (72 hours) of your booking you may be liable to a cancellation charge of 100% unless we are able to fill your space.

There will be no charge levied for a Flight cancellation if you have to cancel due to the illness or injury of you or a close relative, if you are summoned to witness attendance in court or to partake in HM Forces. Claims must usually be made in advance, and we will require written counter signed evidence supporting the nature of your claim.

The passenger named in the voucher may transfer the voucher to another person, with no charge, and by their acceptance of that transfer, they accept these conditions.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the Flight voucher, and if originally purchased by credit or debit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If the card has expired you will need to request a refund in writing, quoting details of a new card. Refunds are not made in hte event of a weather cancellation.
