I am never normally lost for words but try as I might I cannot think of a single adjective that seems appropriate to describe the flight my father, sister and I had with you.
Amazing, breathtaking, emotional, I could go on and on but suffice to say I rate the experience almost as highly as the birth of my children! Thank you to all x
I took a trip to Loch Lomond to visit friends and booked to go on the seaplane. Having done similar trips in Dubai and Thailand, the views and experience this trip offered beat Dubai and Thailand hands down !!
It was a gorgeous day, the scenery was outstanding and the experience was all the more better for having such a lovely pilot. He knew his local knowledge, was very friendly, polite and in my unprofessional opinion was pretty damn fine at a very smooth take off and landing. This is a 'must do' and it's so great to have the opportunity to do this in Scotland.

"I am just writing to say thank you for a wonderful day yesterday. The flight was incredible and the pilots knowledge and chat was top class. The flight was a birthday present for my boss and to hear a 47 year old man say that it was the best day of his life is quite an achievement, so thank you very much for such great service."

I just wanted to thank you for a truly memorable experience the other day. I was one of the two British Airways pilots that joined you on a sightseeing flight around Loch Lomond on 26th February. It was a fantastic flight, incredible scenery and your informative and entertaining commentary really made the experience. I was thoroughly impressed by the whole operation and have made a point of raising the awareness of Loch Lomond Seaplanes within the British Airways community. Thanks again, I'll make a point of trying to visit next time I'm in Glasgow.

'Everybody should do this at least once in their lives - I knew it would be good, but this takes the biscuit !"

This flight was a special gift for my mums 80th birthday, and special it was. The weather was perfect and the views were amazing. It is fair to say my mum was truly overwhelmed by the experience and it was an absolute joy for me to see her so happy.
Your staff were professional, kind, helpful and jovial while helping her on and off the plain, and I can only add the whole experience far exceeded our expectations. You made an 80 year old lady and her daughter very, very happy. Many thanks to you all
* Mr Markie
Our pilot declared the weather okay for flying. Okay was the understatement of the year !
My wife has been waxing lyrical about the experience - this from someone who completed a tandem paraglide in Italy last year over Lake Garda, took a helicopter flight from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and who has snorkeled the Barrier Reef in Australia.
It would appear that it is true what they say about taking that around you for granted. We will be booking again - and will be recommending, to anyone who will listen, that this experience be added to their bucket list. Special mention to our pilot, for his informative commentary, his sense of humour and also for his skill in completing the old Hong Kong approach on Loch Lomond - exhilarating to say the least!
My wife and I decided to award ourselves this 'little gift' as part of our Golden Wedding Anniversary celebrations, so we took the Isle of Skye 'Island Explorer' Tour.
We were most impressed with our pilot’s knowledge, experience, care for his passengers and excellent customer service. We were also touched by the friendliness and helpfulness of David's ground 'crew' - a gentleman who seemed to share our captain's general joie de vivre and good humour.
The weather was superb at the time of our flight from Skye International (aka Broadford landing strip) so the take-off was as smooth as silk, and we had a magnificent view of Skye and the mainland once we reached "cruising altitude". Then it was through the Cuillins and back again, with fantastic views above the blacks and the reds, not to mention Loch Coruisk. Beautiful!
Next, it was across to Portree and up the east coast of Skye for some spectacular views of the Quiraing, Kilt Rock, the Lealt Falls, the Old Man of Storr, et al. Fantastic! Back down the coast to Portree for a water touchdown in the harbour; a circle round (well, there's nothing like a bit of free publicity is there, as our Captain might say) and then an exciting water take-off, that was also smooth as silk. Superb! After this fleeting visit to Portree (a delightful little harbour town in its own right, I should add) it was back to Broadford Airstrip and a smooth touchdown, followed by a lengthy chat with our pilot - a most personable fellow, with over 20,000 flying hours to his credit.
Loved every second of our flight and it was worth every penny - we've now seen Skye from every possible angle: land, sea and air - and its beautiful from all three, which I guess is why National Geographic say it is the 4th best island in the World. This particular experience isn't just a recommend - save up your pennies/sell off the family heirlooms/whatever - it's a must do!

Wow! Thank you - I have to say a massive thank you, especially to the pilot, for what I can only describe as a totally awesome experience today. This was a 50th birthday present given to me almost a year ago, and I was worried it would expire or the weather would not be great.
Well, it was the best experience I've ever had. Views up over Loch Lomond, up the Western coast, and taking time to fly by my own house in Gourock. Weather conditions absolutely perfect, scenery absolutely outstanding; I took 167 pictures and all up in Facebook as such a good day. The Captain from the off was relaxing, funny, and could tell something on every mile covered, so cool. Only regret is my wife didn't come along, but we will be back soon! Thanks again folks, see you soon.

"We would just like to say what a fabulous experience we had when we took to the skies on Monday. Without exception every member of your company that we met that day was fantastic, their helpfulness and above all their genuine warmth and friendliness were outstanding.
My husband loved his "Christmas Gift" and it was an unforgettable experience, thank you so much. We have recommended you to lots of people. I think a few of them will be booking holidays in Scotland so that they too can take the flight of a lifetime. Once again many thanks."

I've arrived back home in Stornoway after enjoying my seaplane flight this morning. It was tremendous and I had a great time.
Please pass on my thanks to the Captain who seated me up front with himself. I must say that he was very professional and competent and a great ambassador for your company.
Thank you for your help in making this happen for me, much appreciated.
* Joyce Auld
Mr and Mrs Berry have asked me to pass on their thanks to your staff for their outstanding help and attention during their flight from Loch Lomond today. Mr and Mrs Berry are both in their 80s and a little unsteady on their feet, but the care taken of them by your staff could not have been bettered. They had a wonderful flight in wonderful weather and have fulfilled a long-time wish today. Thank you.
* Carol Wager
"I would like to thank-you for a spectacular trip I had on your charter for 8 people and landing on Loch Voil where we had an outstanding experience, lunch for 8 of us for my brother and sister-in laws 60th birthday. Superb day and an experience of a life time"
* Caroline Walker
I was giving a flight Voucher on one your Sea Planes for my Birthday. I was very nervous having never flown in a small plane , my partner, myself and his grandson all visited the location prior to the flight. We could not have been made to feel more welcome, Ross ( grandson ) was allowed to sit in the passenger seat and have his picture taken, on the day of the flight I was allocated a seat next to the pilot, as I was taking to flight on my own. The whole experience was overwhelming from start to finish Can I say a massive big Thank You to you and your staff for a wonderful experience, your customer service your time, effort and consideration was outstanding. I have recommended your services to everyone I know and hope they get to experience what I did. Once again Thank You for a wonderful day.

"I still can’t stop smiling after the most perfect day last Friday and I wanted to thank everyone in your organisation who made it so special. From the time I made the booking up until we disembarked on Friday afternoon at Cameron House I felt that we were given an exceptional level of service from your organisation.
All my telephone enquiries were met with patience and courtesy, when we arrived for the flight we were met with such a warm welcome, I wish I knew the lady’s name so I could ask you to thank her personally. The flight itself was everything I hoped it would be and more, the views were spectacular and we were blessed with the most perfect weather. However special thanks to David and Dermot who made the whole day so entertaining and enjoyable especially the trip from plane to dry land at Loch Voil. We have a fantastic photo of Dermid giving Margaret one of the passengers a piggy back !
Our lunch at Monachyle Mhor was superb too. Please pass on my thanks to everyone – it was a day I hope never to forget."
* Cameron Smith
Thrilling flight Yesterday we were lucky enough to fly on the distinctive " Cutty Sark" yellow seaplane in the most perfect crystal clear weather. The flight was much anticipated and far exceeded our expectations . Magnificent scenery as far as we could see , including Mull (45 miles away!) and Ben Nevis far to the north. Eastwards over The Trossachs and back to land on Loch Lomond again, having flown past Cameron House hotel , banked steeply left and landed. The pilot gave a very informative and humorous commentary throughout , it was a fabulous experience and one we intend to repeat!
* John McShane
"I had the pleasure of flying today from Loch Lomond on a truly fantastic flight over the west coast and many areas I have visited and driven to. But to see Scotland on a day like today from the air is a truly fantastic experience that I shall talk about for a long long time, could I thank the pilot who's commentary throughout was great and he truly showed his feeling for Scotland, a country we both obviously love a lot. Could you please also thank the ground staff on my return who were absolutely fantastic with my four year old son and lifted him into the pilot seat to get his picture taken - the member of staff has no idea the joy that has given him today - he is a credit to the company. Thank you again for a great flight."
* Tom Granger
"I had the pleasure of flying with you on the 29th last and I wanted to write to you to thank you very much. I found it an unforgettable experience and I am truly delighted that my wife and I had the opportunity to fly with you. Everyone concerned within your company was extremely pleasant and in fact amusing. When I travel to Scotland again I will, weather permitting, look to repeat the experience again. Kind regards."

"Dear LLS we have received feedback back from the VIP travel trade group this morning on their day in Glasgow yesterday. They were SUPER impressed with the sea plane experience and were all raving about seeing the porpoises, sea kayakers and sandy beaches whilst on the trip. I want to thank you for your assistance in this fam trip - you have definitely made it memorable for these important travel trade people - and we are hoping that they will sell Scotland more and put together some additional Scottish products."
* Wendy Harries Jones - Brand Manager Cutty Sark Blended Scotch Whisky
"Dear LLS, on behalf of the Cutty team and our visitors from Puerto Rico, a huge thanks for the seaplane trip this week. A terrific experience once again for our guests. We have been so lucky with the weather every time we book - long may this continue! I will come back to you shortly with booking the sea plane for our African visitors on the 11th September and further visits that we would like to book.
* Helen Woodburn
A little note to to tell you all how very much I enjoyed my seaplane flight. Everyone was so very kind to me. I am 86 years old and it was a lovely experience. I have told all my friends about it. I have very happy memories of what I saw on the flight. So thank you all for a day I will long remember."
* Lorna MacAskill
"My sister and I booked a seaplane flight for my Mum and Dad on Friday 5th October to celebrate their Golden Wedding anniversary. The weather was perfect and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I just wanted to write to say how impressed I was with the service we received throughout. A very pleasant member of your team welcomed us at Cameron House and made my parents very comfortable and at ease. She arranged for champagne when they returned from the flight and these touches helped to make the whole day a real success. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your company to anyone looking for an enjoyable day out. Thanks again to all your team."
* John Malcolm
"Dear all, I must let you know how much I enjoyed the experience of the flight this evening. Due to weather I was delayed till 1815hrs. It is in my view a mark of your high standards of customer care that I was informed throughout the day of changes in flight times due to weather conditions.
All the staff have been great and the welcome at the jetty at Cameron House was warm and genuine.
The flight itself was out of this world. To fly over the Island I was brought up on (Bute) and to hear the local knowledge the Pilot imparted was a joy. To then fly over Argyll and the Isles where I spent so much of my working life was such a pleasure.
Your organisation is a credit and so many others could learn from your standards of customer care."
