4.2.     Passengers must agree to accept up to a one-hour delay to the departure of their flight.

4.3.     Children under twelve years of age must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

4.3.1.  Children must be two years or over. In addition, due to the seat belt arrangement in the seaplane, children must be over one metre in height.

4.3.2.  Children under 12 years old qualify for the CHILD price, where applicable.

4.4.     Animals are not permitted on the flight.

4.5.     Neither smoking nor consumption of alcohol is allowed on board the aircraft.

4.6.    Passengers ARE permitted to use their mobile phones and cameras during flight and after disembarkation but their use, for safety reasons, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED on any part of the dock or during the emergency briefing PRIOR to boarding.

4.7.     You must arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled take-off time. Safety briefings and passenger boarding commence 20 minutes before the scheduled take-off time. The pilot may depart without you if you fail to arrive 30 minutes before the flight. In this case, a charge of 100% of the ticket price will be levied.

4.8. All telephone calls may be recorded.

4.9.     You MUST advise well in advance of the flight of any condition, illness or specific needs that you may have that might affect your ability to fly, board the aircraft or understand, in full, the safety briefing.

PASSENGERS MUST BE ABLE TO BOARD THE AIRCRAFT AND OPERATE EMERGENCY EXITS UNAIDED.

Seaplanes differ greatly from large airliners and do not have cabin crew which means that we may not be able to accommodate particular specific needs which would be acceptable on an airliner.

Please review the SPECIFIC NEEDS and BOARDING information on the website under the INFO menu for detailed information. If you are in any doubt whatsoever, please contact our staff for advice. The pilot will do all that can be done to accommodate any such condition, illness or need, subject to the practicalities of doing so and in accordance with our overriding obligation to the safety of all passengers and crew as well as the aircraft itself. If, in the opinion of the Captain, you are unable to board the aircraft and operate emergency exits unaided you will be denied boarding and forfeit your ticket.
